The Board has a number of standing committees, namely the Remuneration, Audit and Nominations and a City Committee, to which specific responsibilities have been delegated and for which written terms of reference have been agreed. These terms of reference are available here. Board members receive minutes of meetings of all the Board’s committees and can request presentations or reports on areas of concern.
